Based in Bengaluru, Inder continues his successful journey with KPMG, where he has spent over five years in pivotal leadership roles, including Senior Associate Director and Associate Director. He has played a key role in driving people transformation, leadership capability building, and strategic organizational initiatives within the firm’s advisory practice.
With this new role, Inder will leverage his strategic vision and people-first leadership to advance capability development and drive transformation at KPMG. Inder brings more than a decade of proven experience in enhancing organizational performance through strategic initiatives in leadership development, talent management, and organization development.
Before joining KPMG, Inder built extensive experience across Deloitte India, Mahindra Finance, and Ford Motor Company, working on diverse mandates in workforce transformation, learning and development, and organization design. At Deloitte, he was part of the Workforce Transformation team, where he led impactful initiatives in leadership and learning strategy. His earlier roles at Mahindra Finance and Ford further deepened his expertise in organization development, culture building, and employee engagement.
Inder is passionate about helping leaders reimagine their talent strategies.
