KPMG India has appointed Sachin Gaur as Chief Learning Officer.

With over 25 years of experience, Gaur will be bringing skills such as learning function management, learning & development strategy, business planning, and analytical skills to this role.
Prior to joining KPMG India, Gaur was a part of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories from July 2022 to February 2026 as Global Head – Capability, Change, Org. and Leadership Development. He was also with Novartis from September as Global Head of Learning – NBS & Corporate Functions.
Gaur was a part of Deloitte Consulting for over 7 years. He started working for the company in February 2012 as Associate Vice President – Talent Development. In September 2015, Gaur was promoted to Vice President – Development CoE. This was followed by his ascension to
Global Consulting Chief Learning Officer in June 2017.
In May 2008, Gaur joined IBM as an Executive Talent Program Manager and Business & Technical Leadership Partner. He held the former role from October 2009. In October 2010, Gaur became Deputy General Manager, Business & Technical Leadership Development at IBM.
From December 2006 to May 2008, Gaur was with Firstsource Solutions as Manager – Associate Development & eLearning. He was also a part of Accenture Services India from July 2003 to December 2006. Additionally, Gaur has worked for Chrysalis HRD, Daksh e-Services, and Trident Hotels.
