KPMG has appointed Mohit Sharma as Global Head-Talent Acquisition, KPMG Delivery Network (KDN).

Sharma’s journey with KPMG began in October 2021 when he joined as Head-Talent Acquisition, a position he retained until July 2025. Prior to that, he was a part of Societe Generale Global Solution Centre for well over 5 years. He started at the company as Head-Talent Acquisition (IT) in April 2016 and then became Head-Talent Acquisition in July 2020.
From March 2015 to April 2016, Sharma worked with Barclays as Lead-Talent Acquisition. He was also associated with Capgemini from May 2013 to March 2015 as Global Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Manager – Capgemini HRO. In October 2012, Sharma became Talent Acquisition Manager (India and South East Asia) for Bombardier, retaining the role until April 2013.
Sharma was actually associated with Capgemini for five consecutive years, before his second round at the company later on. He joined Capgemini in June 2007 as Senior Recruitment Consultant (BFSI), and then became Global Resourcing and Mobility Senior Consultant in May 2010. In February 2011, Sharma was appointed as Recruitment Lead (BFSI), a role he served in until October 2012.
From December 2003 to May 2007, Sharma also worked with Tech Mahindra as a Senior Recruitment Executive.
