Geeta Verma has joined KPMG as Director – Talent Acquisition. In her new role, she will lead the talent acquisition function for KPMG India, driving recruitment strategies and shaping future workforce priorities across the firm’s audit, tax, and advisory businesses.
Geeta previously served as Director – Talent Acquisition at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), where she led the talent strategy for the Technology Services and Product Engineering segments. With nearly two decades of HR experience, she is known for her hands-on approach to designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies. She brings expertise in building high-performing teams, driving strategic hiring, and fostering a culture of talent-led growth.
Earlier in her career, Geeta spent almost six years with Elixir Web Solutions (Grafton Recruitment India), where she managed key HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Rewards & Recognition. She began her professional journey in the telecom sector, gaining valuable experience across recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.
Academically, Geeta holds an MBA in Human Services (General) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. A true talent scout, believer, and creator, she is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and is deeply committed to delivering excellence in every endeavor.
