Mushtaque Ansari has joined KP Group in Gujarat as Deputy General Manager – HR. Prior to this role, Mushtaque spent 16 years at ROADIS, progressing from Senior Manager – HR to Assistant General Manager – HR and eventually Deputy General Manager – HR.
He confirmed the promotion on LinkedIn, writing: “A New Chapter with KP Group. I am delighted to share that I have joined KP Group as Deputy General Manager – HR in Gujarat, where Asia’s largest galvanizing kettle plant is being established at the state-of-the-art Matar facility.”
In his new role, Mushtaque will focus on shaping the people’s agenda, enhancing workforce capabilities, and contributing to the organization’s mission of delivering impactful and sustainable solutions for the future.
A frontrunner in advancing India’s shift toward sustainable infrastructure and clean energy, KP Group has established a strong footprint in wind, solar, and engineering solutions. In his new role, Mushtaque will leverage his HR expertise to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth, aligning with the Group’s forward-looking vision.
Over the course of his two-decade-long career, Mushtaque has also held leadership positions with Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd, IJM Corporation Berhad (India Division), and BSCPL Infrastructure.
