Kotak Mahindra Bank has promoted Sudhansu Sekhar Sarangi to Vice President – Human Resources.

Sarangi has been a part of Kotak Mahindra Bank for over seven years. He joined the company in February 2018 as Senior Manager – Human Resources, and then became Associate Vice President – Human Resources in April 2020. In April 2022, he was promoted to Deputy Vice President – Human Resources.
With over 15 years of experience, Sarangi is an expert in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development. He is also talented in building interpersonal relationships through his communication skills. Sarangi is proficient in planning and implementing policies and procedures and has successfully handled HR issues.
Prior to Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sarangi worked with L&T Financial Services. He started as an Assistant Manager – Human Resources in January 2014. In October 2015, Sarangi was appointed as Manager – Human Resources, and then as Senior Manager – Human Resources in October 2017. In the past, he has also been a part of Jubiliant FoodWorks and Yes Bank.
An alumnus of Dehradun Institute of Technology, Sarangi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
