Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Vishal Mariya as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Prior to his current appointment, Mariya was a part of KEC International. He was appointed as Vice President – Human Resources in October 2022 by the company.
From July 2020 to September 2022, Mariya was the CHRO for Raychem RPG (P) Limited. He was also associated with CEAT Tyres from February 2018 to June 2020 as General Manager – Human Resources.
For over a decade, Mariya was affiliated with the Godrej Group. He joined Godrej Agrovet in June 2007 as Manager – Human Resources. In October 2008, he switched to Godrej Consumer Products and worked there as Manager – Human Resources until March 2011. Mariya was then appointed as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources in April 2011 by Godrej Consumer Products.
In September 2012, Mariya joined Godrej Properties as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources. He was then promoted to General Manager – Human Resources in April 2014. From April 2016 to July 2017, Mariya was associated with the company as Senior General Manager – Human Resources.
