Sunita Nair has been appointed as Head of HR – Region East at Kistler Group, marking a strategic leadership move as she transitions from executive search into a regional HR leadership role. In her new position, she will oversee people strategy and HR initiatives across the eastern region, bringing a strong advisory background to organisational and talent development priorities.
Before joining Kistler Group, Nair served as Managing Director – Asia-Pacific at Boyd & Moore Executive Search, where she led the retained search practice across India and the wider APAC region, supporting senior leadership hiring and market-entry talent strategies.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Terragni Consulting, Matrix Consultants, KTA Associates, and Boyden, building more than two decades of experience across executive search, leadership coaching, and strategic HR advisory. Her appointment reflects Kistler Group’s focus on strengthening regional people leadership as organisations increasingly integrate talent strategy with business growth.
