Ritesh Joshi has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kirloskar Ferrous (KFIL). He previously served as Regional Senior Director – People & Culture, India at Vontier.
Ritesh brings nearly 29 years of experience, including close to 15 years specializing in comprehensive HR and IR functions. His expertise spans HR generalist roles, business partnering, recruitment, legal operations, CSR, change management, compensation & benefits, policies and procedures, talent management, organizational development, succession planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, HRIS implementation, compliance management, training & development, and people management.
Ritesh is skilled in handling core HR functions such as recruitment, performance appraisals, manpower planning, training & development, and MIS for the entire group. He has worked closely with leadership and training teams to enhance the new hire onboarding and training process, which improved employee satisfaction, boosted retention, and delivered significant cost savings for the organization.
Before joining Vontier, he led People & Culture at Gilbarco Veeder-Root India and earlier spearheaded industrial relations and HR strategy at Cummins India. Across these roles, he consistently drove workforce engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation. In the early part of his career, he worked with General Motors and the Mahindra Group. Academically, he is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Savitribai Phule Pune University.
