Kalpataru Projects has appointed Ajit Kumar Pandey as Human Resources (HR) – Head and Admin.

Pandey is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience. Having worked in a variety of industries, he is known for his ability to navigate HR Management Systems (HRMS) strategically. Some of his other areas of expertise include campus recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and interviewing.
Prior to his current appointment, Pandey had been a part of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) for over 14 years. He joined the company in January 2011 as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Cluster HR – Delhi. In January 2015, Pandey became HR Incharge – Mumbai Cluster.
From January 2018 to September 2023, Pandey held the position of Head HR – L&T-STEC JV Mumbai (Underground Mumbai Metro – Line 3). He was then appointed as Head HR – MAHSR C3. In this role, he oversaw HR functions for the High Speed Rail Project (Bullet Train) from Thane to Vapi in Maharashtra.
Before his time at L&T, Pandey was a part of Zensar Technologies as a Recruitment Executive from September 2010 to January 2011. He worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Quantum Integrators from February 2010 to September 2010. In the past, Pandey has also been associated with Global Enterprise Infotech Solutions and Reliance Energy.
