Kajaria Ceramics has appointed Ashish Goel as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective February 13, 2026.
With over 26 years of experience, Goel is known for creating HR strategies for organisations across different business phases and translating them into HR processes. His key skills also include organisation design, HR transformation, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management design, competency mapping, and much more.
Prior to Kajaria Ceramics, Goel was associated with Essel Group – Media for over 7 years. He took on the role of CHRO at the company in October 2018 and managed a workforce of over 3,000 employees across 250 locations.
From January 2010 to September 2018, Goel served as CHRO at Technicon Group. He was also a part of Vodafone from August 2006 to December 2009 as General Manager Human Resources. In July 2003, Goel joined Hero MotoCorp as Head of HR.
Goel was affiliated with Career Launcher from May 2000 to July 2003 as a Human Resources Manager. Before that, he was a part of the MKM Group from June 1994 to April 2000 as an Assistant Manager. Goel has an MBA in HR Development from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University.
