Junglee Games has promoted Akansha Modi to Director of Employee Experience.

Modi has been a part of Junglee Games for well over two years. She joined the company in December 2022 as Associate Director – HR. In this position, she oversaw various people-related aspects of the company, including wellness programs, rewards programs, employee engagement, orientations, and learning and development. Modi also focused on positive employee relations, employee recognition, benefits designs, organisational development, and executive coaching.
Prior to joining Junglee Games, Modi was a part of nurture.farm as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) from September 2020 to November 2022. She also worked for AB InBev from April 2020 to September 2020 as Senior Manager Learning & Development.
From October 2018 to January 2020, Modi was an HRBP for Dunzo. Before that, from June 2017 to July 2018, she served as a part of Uber’s People Development team. In May 2014, Modi was appointed as Senior Associate Lead – Human Resources at Infosys BPM, a role she held until June 2017. She was also associated with Standard Chartered Bank from October 2009 to December 2011 as Relationship Manager, SME- Priority Banking JV.
