JPMorganChase appointed Sujith Thalekkara as Vice President, HR Business Advisor.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President, HR Business Advisor at JPMorganChase,” Thalekkara shared on LinkedIn. His work involves driving the people agenda for high-performance teams and ensuring that smart people do not get lost in complex systems.
Thalekkara has been in the HR industry for decades. He believes firmly that “strategy means nothing without people, and people will not follow a strategy unless they trust who is behind it.” Over the years, Thalekkara has worked in a variety of industries and is also an Associate CIPD. Additionally, he is the author of the book “Because HR Said So.”
From May 2024 to January 2026, Thalekkara was with M&G Global Services as Vice President, HR Business Partner. He was also associated with Willis Towers Watson for over 9 years. Thalekkara joined Willis Towers Watson in October 2014 as an Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner, and was then promoted to Manager, HR Business Partner in April 2018.
In October 2010, Thalekkara joined Capgemini as an HR Business Partner and held the role until October 2014. Additionally, he worked for Accenture from June 2006 to October 2010 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Thalekkara has a PhD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Nirwan University, Jaipur.
