Veerendra Vainsla has taken over as Head – Human Resources at Jindal Power in Gujarat. He announced the move in a social media post. Before this role, Veerendra served as AGM – HR at MAT Holdings.
Veerendra brings with him over 15 years of diverse experience across multiple HR functions, including Human Resource Management, Employee and Industrial Relations, HR operations, organizational and employee development, payroll and statutory audits, training and performance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, as well as quality management systems and EHS. He has also worked extensively in areas such as welfare, health and safety, budgeting, HRMS implementation, general administration, and managing plant operations for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
Veerendra has earlier been associated with Varel Energy Solutions, Sabohema Automotive Private Limited, Tube Investments of India Limited, and LPS Group. He began his career as a Human Resources Intern with Kajaria Ceramics Limited.
