
Shivani Hazari has been elevated to Group Head, Human Resources at Jindal Group, where she will shape people strategy across its steel, power and renewables businesses while continuing to lead leadership advisory and hiring.
The appointment expands her mandate after more than three years with the Group in a senior leadership advisory role. As president and group head of leadership advisory at JSP Group Advisory since July 2023, she was responsible for strengthening leadership talent capability across the Group and supporting its transformation agenda.
“I am happy to share that I have taken on the role as Group Head, Human Resources at the Jindal Group, alongside my continuing responsibility for Leadership Advisory and Hiring,” Hazari wrote. “In this role, I will provide strategic leadership to the Group’s people agenda, working closely with the businesses to build stronger talent, deeper leadership capability, a culture that performs, and an HR function that is ready for the future.”
Before joining the Jindal Group, Hazari held roles spanning executive search and leadership advisory at several global firms. She worked as managing director at Sheffield Haworth Ltd, where she focused on leadership searches across financial services and industrial sectors.
Earlier, Hazari served as a consultant at Korn Ferry in Dubai and was part of the Financial Services Practice Group at Egon Zehnder International. She also served as an independent non-executive director at ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd from 2019 to 2022, and previously held a role at EWK International.
In her expanded position, Hazari will lead HR across the Jindal Group’s portfolio of companies, which includes Jindal Steel Ltd, Jindal Power Limited, Jindal Renewables India, Jindal Panther and Jindal Projects.
