Pune-based software company Jade Global has named Sanjay S Karmarkar as its Vice President – Talent Acquisition. His appointment represents a significant move in Jade Global’s efforts to expand its global workforce and elevate its employer brand in strategic markets.
In his new role, Sanjay will spearhead the company’s talent acquisition strategy—driving scalable hiring processes, advancing recruitment technologies, and aligning talent priorities with Jade Global’s long-term growth vision.

With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Sanjay has previously held senior roles at prominent tech and consulting companies including Persistent Systems, Conexant, KPIT Cummins Infosystems and Texas Instruments. Academically, he holds an engineering degree and is an alumnus of the Institute of Management Education (IME), Pune. He has also earned a leadership certificate from IIM Ahmedabad and completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
