IRM Group has appointed Richa Ahuja Sharma as Head – HR & Administration.
With over 17 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries, Richa is known for architecting people strategies that closely mirror business ambitions, balancing empathy with execution, and culture with performance. In her new role, she will focus on building a resilient, agile, and high-performance workforce; strengthening leadership capability; and driving inclusive, future-ready people practices.
Through her experience, she will help create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, while closely aligning HR strategies with dynamic business priorities.
With a diverse, future-forward portfolio, IRM Group includes a variety of verticals, including CAdAgro Business, VetNova Business, the Pharma Machinery Division, Facilities Management Services, and the Air Transportation Division (IRM Aviation). Across these verticals, Richa will play a pivotal role in enabling and accelerating IRM Group’s next chapter of growth.
Before she joined IRM Group, Richa was with Junomoneta Finsol, where she took up the role of Vice President – HR & Admin in May 2023. She was also affiliated with Sintex as Deputy General Manager – Sales HR (Hybrid) from July 2022 to May 2023. Her past associations include Piramal Pharma, Lotte India – Havmor Ice Creams, Arvind Limited, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals.
Richa is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, where she completed the Executive Program in Leadership Management. She is a firm believer that enduring organisations are built when values are lived through people, not merely defined by processes.
