Sobhan Choudhury has joined Ion Exchange India Ltd as AVP – Head of Total Rewards, HR Tech & Analytics. In his new role, he oversees the full spectrum of reward strategy, from defining compensation philosophy to ensuring HR technology goes beyond data management to deliver meaningful insights. As the Head of Total Rewards, HR Tech & Analytics, Sobhan will operate at the crossroads of logic, empathy, and analytics, crafting compensation frameworks, advancing digital HR initiatives, and uncovering workforce trends.
He shared the news of his appointment on LinkedIn with a reflective note:

Previously, Sobhan served as Deputy Vice President at Kotak Life, where he led the Rewards and Incentives portfolio as part of the Compensation and Benefits team. He brings over nine years of experience and is a Gold Medalist in Human Resources. A people-oriented and versatile professional, he holds an MBA in Human Resources. He has also been associated with reputed organizations such as Welspun World, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Capital Foods Private Limited, Encube Ethicals Pvt. Ltd., and Precia Pharma.
