Intel has promoted Nupur Shrivastava to HR Leader – Asia Pacific. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director, Talent Planning & Acquisition for the same region. In her previous role, she was instrumental in leading strategic HR initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
A seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience, Nupur has led HR functions in complex, global, and matrixed environments. She is a trusted advisor to the C-suite and executive leadership, with extensive experience in both traditional and unconventional HR practices. She is passionate about co-creating innovative, high-impact talent solutions that accelerate business performance while enhancing the employee experience. Her strength lies in striking the right balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in complex, matrixed environments. A collaborative team player, Nupur is known for leading by example and consistently fostering the growth and success of her teams and stakeholders.
Before joining Intel, Nupur served as Global Lead – Diversity & Inclusion at Arm, where she led a cross-cultural team to design and implement the company’s global D&I strategy. Her role focused on all aspects of diversity and inclusion, and she was responsible for driving D&I programs across seven key global locations. She collaborated with external partners and local governments to strengthen the organisation’s inclusive culture. Earlier in her career, Nupur also held key HR roles at Nokia and Honeywell Technology Solutions, further strengthening her expertise in managing human capital across global and dynamic business environments.
