Integrace Health has appointed Ashish Musaddi as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 17 years of experience in the field of HR, Musaddi is an expert in talent management, business transformation, organisational development, and digital transformation. Throughout his professional journey, he has overseen Hr operations across countries and has helped align company initiatives with business goals.
Prior to joining Integrace Health, Musaddi was a part of Cipla, having joined the company in January 2018 as Head of Human Resources for Europe and Emerging Markets. He was then appointed as the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources for Europe and Emerging Markets in July 2020.
Musaddi became Global Head of Culture Transformation, Talent Management and Learning for Cipla in May 2022. He was also appointed as the Vice President of Head Talent Management, Learning and Development, Culture, and Organisational Development in April 2024. In September 2024, Mussadi was elevated to the position of Cipla’s Head of People, Culture, and Organisational Effectiveness.
Before Cipla, Mussadi served as the Regional HR Head for India, the Middle East, Africa and Turkey for LyondellBasell from May 2015 to December 2017. In the past, he has also worked with Novartis, Bausch + Lomb, Panarc Consulting Group, MSD, and AstraZeneca.
