Ahmedabad-based pharmaceutical company Intas Pharmaceuticals has appointed Rohit Gupta as Associate Vice President – Human Resources. In this role, he will be instrumental in strengthening the organization’s HR ecosystem, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving people-centric growth.

Rohit brings nearly two decades of experience across renowned organizations, including Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Mahindra & Mahindra, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. Throughout his career, he has contributed to strategic HR transformation, talent development, and organizational excellence.
At Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he served as General Manager & Site Head (Human Resources), Rohit led the HR and Administration functions for the company’s largest formulation manufacturing facility catering to the US and European markets. He played a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business goals through the design and execution of impactful HR initiatives. Academically, Rohit is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, and brings together strong academic grounding with practical leadership experience across diverse industries, including cement, automobile, and pharmaceuticals.
