As per The Economic Times, Infosys has informed its employees that they might receive a lower bonus than expected for the quarter that ended in March 2025.
An Infosys employee seemingly shared that, in a conference bridge call with members of a large delivery unit in the previous week, Infosys HR executives and delivery managers informed the employees that they should expect a low bonus owing to the drop in profits. The report further added that a senior employee believes that the company’s HR might have conducted a similar meeting with other teams.
In a bid to reassure the employees, the HR team reportedly claimed that the lower bonuses were only a passing phase, adding that the company will try to compensate eligible employees with better bonuses during future growth cycles.
In April 2025, Infosys stated that it had seen a fall of 11.7% in net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024-2-25, when compared to the previous year.
