Hemant Kumar Ravi has been appointed as Vice President & Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation at Infogain. In this role, he will drive large-scale HR modernization efforts, oversee global leadership hiring, and establish HR Shared Services, impacting over 5,000 employees across the globe.

With over 17 years of diverse and progressive HR experience across industries, Hemant is a strategic and forward-thinking leader focused on driving people transformation, fostering a strong culture, shaping talent strategy, and delivering exceptional employee experiences Throughout his career, he has successfully set up HR operations, led HR strategy, and implemented Workday HCM in collaboration with Big Four consulting firms and global product leaders. He has also championed talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor on organizational and people matters.

With prior experience at EY, Third Bridge, AB InBev, and others, he brings extensive expertise in people strategy, technology-driven HR transformation, and leadership development. Academically, Hemant holds an MBA in HR and IT from IMT Ghaziabad and an engineering degree from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. He is also certified in Scrum, Data Science & People Analytics, Servant Leadership, and end-to-end, data-driven “hire-to-retire” people processes.
