IndusInd Bank has announced the appointment of Amitabh Singh as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective November 10, 2025. He will also be the member of Senior Management Personnel (SMP). The appointment will help strengthen the bank’s leadership team and improve its HR management capabilities. The bank notified the stock exchanges of the management change in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Amitabh brings with him 28 years of experience in human resources. Before joining IndusInd Bank, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, where he led transformational people initiatives that strengthened culture, performance, and leadership capability across the organisation. He spent over 11 years with ICICI Bank as Head – Business HR and 8 years with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited in HR roles. Before his tenure with the ICICI Group, Amitabh held key roles at Larsen & Toubro, Atos, Tata Interactive Systems, and Mphasis. His wide-ranging experience across multiple sectors is likely to bring fresh insights and a renewed perspective to IndusInd Bank’s HR strategy.
