IndusInd Bank Ltd. announced that Chief Human Resources Officer Zubin Mody will step down from his role, effective October 24, 2025. Mody, who joined the bank in December 2005, is leaving after nearly 20 years to pursue new professional opportunities, according to the company’s exchange filing.
In a letter dated July 25, Mody described the move as a difficult but considered choice. He reflected on his two-decade-long journey with the Bank, calling it a fulfilling chapter in his career. He also expressed gratitude to the Board, colleagues, and stakeholders for their continued trust and support over the years.
Mody assured his full cooperation during the transition and offered assistance to ensure a smooth handover. He concluded by wishing the Bank and his team continued success in the years ahead.
Before joining IndusInd Bank, Mody led the HR function at ICICI Lombard General Insurance for four years. He has also been associated with FMCG companies like Marico Industries and Heinz India, where he gained experience across functions including organizational development, recruitment, training, and compensation.
Academically, Mody holds a bachelor’s degree in physics (Honours) from Mumbai University and a management degree in Personnel Management and Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
