Indegene has appointed Tarun Sharma as Senior Director and Global Head – Total Rewards.

In his new role, Sharma will be making use of his skills in total rewards strategies, compensation & benefits, and incentive programs. He is also well-versed in analytics, HR policy formulation, HR strategy, benchmarking, employee benefits design, and other HR operations.
Prior to joining Indegene, Sharma was a part of Aon, having served as Associate Director from August 2022 to December 2025. He was also associated with Tata Advanced Systems from December 2020 to August 2022 as Head of Compensation Benefits.
For over six years, Sharm worked for Korn Ferry. He joined the company in November 2014 as a Senior Consultant based out of Gurugram and held he role until July 2019. From February 2019 to April 2019, he was also based out of Greater Kuala Lumpur for the company as a Senior Consultant. In August 2019, Sharma became Associate Principal for Korn Ferry.
In April 2012, Sharma started working for PwC as a Total Rewards Associate, Human Capital. His past associations include Whirlpool Corporation and Punj Lloyd.
