IILM University has appointed Shweta C as Group Head -Human Resources.

With her hands-on management style, Shweta provides fresh and proactive insight for a creative and progressive approach to business. She balances them with interpersonal skills and savvy to work within the existing company culture to effect change.
In her new role, Shweta will be responsible for defining and driving the university’s HR vision from the ground up, laying the foundation for high-impact people practices, innovative talent strategies, and a future-ready organisational culture.
Before IILM University, Shweta was a part of Capgemini for over 15 years. She joined the company in June 2010 as an HR Manager. In April 2014, Shweta was elevated to the role of Senior Manager, HR.
From January 2017 to March 2021, Shweta worked as HR Lead – India for Capgemini. She was then given the position of Global HR Lead, a role she had retained until her recent appointment in August 2025.
Shweta also worked at Fiserv for over 4 years. From January 2006 to June 2010, she was there as an HR Business Partner. In June 2004, Shweta joined Binary Semantics as Senior Executive HR, working there until January 2006. She was also associated with LG Electronics in 2002 as an intern.
