IGT Solutions has promoted Steffi Steven to Head of Human Resources (HR).

A certified POSH trainer, Steven enjoys working with challenging & demanding assignments that open new career pathways. With a deep desire to put her strengths to the best use, she was excited for her new role and the opportunities that it will bring her way.
Steven has been a part of IGT Solutions since November 2023. She joined the company as a Senior Human Resources Manager and held the role when she was promoted to her latest position.
Before joining IGT Solutions, Steven was a part of Cicrulants as a Senior Human Resources Manager from January 2022 to November 2023. She was also with Newgen Enterprise from September 2016 to January 2022 as Manager of Human Resources.
In August 2015, Steven joined CellPoint Mobile as Assistant Manager – Human Resources and Administration. She was also associated with JR Technologies from January 2014 to June 2015 as Lead Associate- Human Resources.
From June 2011 to November 2013, Steven worked for Accelya Kale Solutions as a Senior Associate- Human Resources. Prior to that, she was a part of Hutchinson 3G from March 2007 to April 2011 as an HR Executive.
