IGT Solutions has appointed Bruno Shailen as Global Head – Talent Acquisition Group.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Head – Talent Acquisition Group at IGT Solutions!” Shailen shared on LinkedIn. With over 20 years of experience, he has contributed significantly to the HR industry and has earned the appreciation of many for his skills.
Prior to IGT Solutions, Shailen was a part of Capgemini. He attained the role of Senior Director – Talent Acquisition in October 2022 and retained it until May 2025. Shailen also worked with HCL for over 8 years. He joined the company in May 2014 as Talent Acquisition Leader India and then became Global Talent Acquisition Leader in July 2016.
Shailen was also associated with Genpact for a similar amount of time. He became Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment in April 2006 at HCL, before being elevated to Hiring Leader – NCR and Relationship Manager in July 2009. In November 2010, Shailen was made Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition (Strategic Initiatives, Compliance, and Cost Management). This was followed by his appointment as Assistant Vice President – HR in June 2012.
From December 1998 to March 2006, Shailen worked with various organisations as Sales and Client Servicing Manager. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
