IDFC FIRST Bharat has promoted Chandra Mouli S to National Manager – HRBP and Talent Management.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as National Manager – HRBP & Talent Management at IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd!” Chandra Mouli shared on LinkedIn. Chandra Mouli joined IDFC FIRST Bharat in February 2024 as Lead – Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, HR Technology, and HRIS.
Before IDFC FIRST Bharat, Chandra Mouli had been associated with Aditya Birla Finance as HR Business Partner. He was also a part of Magma Fincorp from July 2018 to April 2021 as Zonal HR Manager – SME & Housing Finance.
In January 2018, Chandra Mouli joined IndoStar Capital Finance as Zonal HR Business Partner. He was also associated with Equitas Small Finance Bank from November 2008 to January 2018 as Business HR-Tamil Nadu. Additionally, Chandra Mouli has worked for AIG Consumer Finance and GE Money.
