ICICI Bank has promoted Vasudha Rungta Goenka to Zonal Recruitment Head- East.

Goenka has been associated with ICICI Bank for over 7 years. She joined the organisation in September 2018 as an Employee Relations Manager. This was followed by Goenka becoming Senior Human Resources Manager in July 2021. She held this role until January 2026, though her responsibilities were expanded in May 2024 and April 2025.
Between February 2017 and May 2017, Goenka worked in Tata Housing Development Company and Communis India as an intern. She was also associated with SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies as a Junior Member, HRuday.
From August 2015 to April 2016, Goenka worked for ZS Associates as a Business Operations Associate. She was also a part of VSA Print Solutions from April 2014 to June 2015 as a part of the Production and Management team. Goenka was with ABB as a Management Trainee from August 2013 to March 2014.
