IAC Electricals has appointed Pratap Chandra Panda as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to joining IAC Electricals, Panda was a part of Thriveni EarthMovers. From November 2023 to July 2025, he worked at the company as Head of HR. Before that, Panda had also been with Thriveni EarthMovers from November 2020 to October 2022 as Head- HR and IR Manager.
From November 2022 to October 2023, Panda was with Kurlon Enterprises as Regional HR Head. He was also associated with Misrilall Mines from April 2018 to October 2020 as Manager -HR & Admin.
Panda worked for Ferro Alloys Corporation from November 2015 to March 2018 as Assistant Manager, P&A. In November 2012, he joined PJ Minerals International as Deputy Manager HR- Corporate and retained the position until October 2015.
In the past, Panda was also associated with Shyam Metalics and Energy. From July 2011 to October 2012, he worked there as Assistant Manager- HR & Administration. Additionally, Panda held the role of Lead – Talent Acquisition from June 2003 to June 2011. Panda has also completed a one-year post-graduate course in the Emerging CHRO course from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore.
