Prior to this, she served as Head – HR at LEAD School, India’s largest school EdTech unicorn, where she was instrumental in integrating acquired businesses, fostering a pay-for-performance culture, embedding organizational values, and implementing AI-driven engagement tools. Before this, she spent more than a decade at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., where she led major HR initiatives including redesigning talent management frameworks, driving retention and engagement programs, introducing performance-linked incentives, and launching Manch, a pioneering diversity and inclusion platform for women in sales.
Saloni brings over 18 years of experience across FMCG and EdTech, with deep expertise in nurturing high-performing talent, building future-ready organizations, and driving workforce engagement and retention. She has led large-scale HR transformations spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits, and has been instrumental in shaping people strategies at many leading companies
