Hyatt Regency Chennai has promoted Lakshmi Nandagopal to Director – Human Resources (HR).

Nandagopal joined Hyatt Regency Chennai in January 2023 as an HR Manager. Prior to that, she was associated with Radisson Blu from April 2019 to January 2023 as an HR Manager. Nandagopal was also a part of Holiday Inn as an HR Manager from August 2017 to March 2019.
For over six years, Nandagopal was associated with The Ascott Limited. She joined the hospitality group in May 2011 as Assistant HR Manager for the pre-opening team in May 2011. She was then elevated to the role of HR Manager in October 2013, overseeing overall core HR operations.
From May 2006 to May 2011, Nandagopal was a part of Marriott International. She joined the company as an HR Executive with the pre-opening team and was then elevated to Tr. Assistant Manager in April 2008. Nandagopal was also with the Color Dot Group of Companies from May 2004 to April 2006 as Executive Secretary to the MD.
