Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore has appointed Michael Bikash Gomes as HR Manager. In his new role, he will lead the end-to-end HR function, covering recruitment, training, employee engagement, and labor law compliance, to foster a vibrant, people-first workplace.

Previously, Michael served as Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Place Hampi, where he successfully implemented the Hyatt People Philosophy and strengthened HR operations. With over nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings deep expertise in HR policy development, employee engagement, and labor law compliance, making him a valuable addition to the team.
Michael has also been associated with Hyatt Regency as a Human Resources Officer. The new appointment marks his second tenure at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore, where he previously served as Human Resources Coordinator from January 2019 to January 2021.
