HT Media Group has broadened the role of its Group CHRO, Paras Kaushik, by entrusting him with the additional responsibility of overseeing Group IT.
With this expanded mandate, Paras will focus on uniting people and technology to make HT Media future-ready and digital-first.
“Technology alone doesn’t transform organizations — people do. My goal in this role is to ensure our tech backbone empowers employees to collaborate better, innovate faster, and deliver impact at scale. By aligning Group IT with people strategy, we can create stronger synergies and embed a culture of digital-first thinking across HT Media,” said Paras Kaushik.
