HSBC has elevated Udita Aggarwal as the new Senior Vice President, People Consultant. In the new role, she will work closely with business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence to support organisational growth, refine performance and compensation frameworks, and strengthen people strategies that enhance employee experience.
With this appointment, HSBC aims to leverage her broad expertise in leadership development, culture building and digital HR transformation is expected to play a key role in HSBC’s evolving talent agenda.
She has been associated with HSBC since 2018, when she started as the AVP Talent Acquisition. She went through promotions across roles, namely Vice President Learning and Talent Development, and Senior Vice President and Head of Talent Development.
Agarwal has also worked as Campus Program Manager for Talent and Organisation Development at Axis Bank and served in placement leadership at the Welingkar Institute of Management. She began her career as a Senior Software Engineer at Atos.
