Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has appointed Ritesh Pratap Singh as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, reinforcing the company’s senior leadership as it continues to strengthen organisational capability and culture amid its next phase of growth.
In his new role, Singh will lead HCCB’s people and culture agenda, focusing on talent development, leadership depth and fostering a high-performance work environment across the organisation. He brings extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management and organisational effectiveness.
Singh joins HCCB from Tata Projects, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer, and has previously held senior HR roles at Tata Trusts and IHCL (Taj Hotels). His return to HCCB follows earlier HR leadership experience with the company at national, regional and market levels.
The appointment is part of a broader leadership reshuffle at HCCB designed to drive execution excellence across key functions, including supply chain, commercial operations and people strategy, as the company sharpens its focus on long-term sustainable growth.
