HighRadius has promoted Preeti Taunk to Director, People & Culture.

Taunk has been with HighRadius since October 2023. She joined the company as Associate Director, People & Culture, a position she had retained until her latest promotion. In March 2021, Taunk became a part of Snapdeal as Manager, HRBP. She was then promoted to Senior Manager, HRBP in March 2022.
For over seven years, Taunk had been a part of Mahindra & Mahindra, FES, Swaraj Division. She was first appointed as Deputy Manager, Human Resources in May 2013. In August 2016, Taunk was given the role of HR Manager | Grade 1. This was followed by her promotion to HR Manager | Grade 2 in August 2019.
From February 2012 to May 2012, Taunk was associated with Selection Search as an HR Executive. She was also with Oceans Connect (I) from August 2010 to January 2012 as Adviser/QA.
Taunk is an alumna of the School of Inspired Leadership, having studied HR Leadership there from 2012 to 2013. She also has a B. Tech in Biotechnology from Amity University.
