Hexnode (a Mitsogo company) has appointed Ekta Ghanshyam as Global Talent Acquisition Leader.

With over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, Ghanshyam has built and scaled functions for startups, GCCs, and enterprises across India, the U.S., and global markets. Through her efforts, she helped cut down time-to-hire by 50%, reduced cost-per-hire to below 5% and achieved 90% fill rates for roles within technology, product, design, and GTM roles.
Ghanshyam has also scaled engineering teams, enabled North American growth with an India-based sourcing engine (cutting costs by 80%), and strengthened pipelines through early-career and leadership programs. She’s also experienced in leading and coaching high-performing teams, advanced DEI initiatives, and elevating employer branding to position organisations as talent magnets.
Prior to joining Hexnode, Ghanshyam was associated with Pando. From July 2022 to November 2025, she worked at the company as Director of Talent Acquisition (SAAS Supply Chain Tech). Ghanshyam was also a part of Viasat from November 2018 to June 2022 as Talent Acquisition Manager (Global Capability Centre – Technology & Satellite Communication).
From January 2016 to November 2018, Ghanshyam was with Sulekha as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (SaaS Marketplace – Consumer Tech). Before that, she was affiliated with SwaaS Systems from July 2014 to December 2015 as Manager – HR / Talent Acquisition.
In June 2013, Ghanshyam joined GAVS Technologies as Associate Manager – HR/Talent Acquisition and held the role until December 2013. She was also a part of Randstad India from September 2010 to June 2013 as Senior Business Manager – ICT. Ghanshyam has also worked for companies like Inscope Solutions, Xprudent Corp, and Ma Foi Management Consultants.
