Krupali Raval has been appointed as Director – Human Resources at Hexagon R&D India. In her new role, she will spearhead HR strategy, leadership development, diversity, and engagement initiatives, driving the organization’s culture of innovation and excellence.

Before joining Hexagon, she served as Senior Manager HR at Disney Star, where she played a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives. Her work included on strategic HR leadership, talent management, and business partnering, while also focusing on employee success programs, leadership development, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Additionally, she managed employee relations to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.
Krupali brings nearly 15 years of hands-on experience as a Human Resources Business Partner across diverse global environments. She has also contributed to global organizations such as ValueLabs, and Apex CoVantage. Honored as one of the Top 100 Great People Managers in 2023, she is celebrated for her people-first leadership and her skill in cultivating inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
