Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has named Madhuri Mehta as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 1, 2025. In her new role, she will drive Hero’s global HR strategy, spearhead culture transformation, and shape the talent agenda to support the company’s next phase of growth and international expansion.
Madhuri previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Emaar India, where she focused on transforming HR practices and building a strong foundation to support the company’s growth plans. She brings nearly 25 years of rich experience as a human resource professional, partnering closely with business leaders to shape the talent agenda and ensure effective execution. Her successful track record spans diverse sectors, including telecommunications, manufacturing, consumer businesses, and real estate.
Madhuri started her career with Bharti Airtel, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and performance management during a period of rapid growth. She later spent 16 years with Dalmia Bharat Group in senior roles—including HR Head for the cement business, Corporate HR Head, and Executive Director – HR—where she led culture transformation, managed M&A integrations, and strengthened industrial relations. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women and FORE School of Management, Madhuri was recently honored as Best HR Leader of the Year at the ET Human Capital Awards 2025. She is also the founder of the Blue Orb Foundation, which advocates holistic child development, seamlessly blending corporate leadership with meaningful social impact.
