Avanti Joshi has joined Hector Beverages, the parent company of the beverages and snacks brand Paper Boat, as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she will lead the organisation’s people and culture agenda.
She shared the news on LinkedIn, saying, “I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Hector Beverages (Paper Boat) as Chief Human Resources Officer a couple of months ago. It’s been an energizing start—working alongside a passionate team that’s redefining the beverage space through innovation, agility, and purpose. Looking forward to contributing to Hector’s next phase of growth and building a culture that scales with our ambitions!”
As Hector Beverages grows its presence in the FMCG space, Avanti’s leadership is also expected to play a key role in strengthening the company’s culture and driving its people strategy toward sustained, purpose-led growth.
Avanti previously served as Leader – Human Resources at Amazon. She brings over two decades of experience across organisations such as Amazon, Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Technologies, and The Coca-Cola Company. Academically, she is an alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she earned her MA in Human Resources.
