HealthCare Global has appointed Hiral Sheth-Mourya as Regional Head of Human Resources (HR).

Before HealthCare Global, Sheth-Mourya was a part of SRV Hospitals. From May 2023 to July 2025, she held the role of Group Senior Manager – Human Resources. In this role, Sheth-Mourya utilised her skills in HR policy formulation, HR analytics, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee grievance.
For over six years, Sheth-Mourya was a part of LifeCell International. She started at the company in November 2016 as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources. In April 2018, Sheth-Mourya was elevated to the role of Human Resources Manager. She went on to become Senior Human Resources Manager in July 2020, followed by her appointment as Deputy General Manager, Human Resources.
From April 2016 to November 2016, Sheth-Mourya worked at Pioneer Property Zone Services (ICS Realty Group) as Assistant Manager, Human Resources. She was also a part of Regrow Biosciences from November 2013 to April 2016. Sheth-Mourya was first appointed as Human Resources Executive and was then promoted to Senior Executive Human Resources in April 2015. Sheth-Mourya was associated with Triangle Global from September 2010 to June 2011 as a Recruitment Specialist.
Sheth-Mourya has a degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
