Hamilton Housewares (Milton) has appointed Rohit Jindal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 17 years of experience, Jindal has worked in a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and FMCG. He primarily focused on HR strategy, system design, and operations. Jindal has been a key member of leadership teams in the past and has worked closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver HR strategy for the business and ensure that objectives are met.
Prior to Hamilton Housewares, Jindal was a part of Hygienic Research Institute (HRIPL) for over 8 years. He was appointed to the role of Head of Human Resources in August 2017.
“Closing a beautiful chapter,” Jindal remarked on his departure. “Today is my last day at Hygienic Research Institute, and as I look back on the 8+ years since I joined in 2017, it feels less like a job and more like a journey filled with people, memories, and learnings I will cherish forever.”

From April 2015 to July 2017, Jindal was working for Raymond Consumer Care as Head – Human Resources, JKHCL (accomplished member of Raymond Leadership Academy).
Jinal was affiliated with Lafarge for over 7 years as Assistant General Manager, Human Resources, LU Certified Facilitator, Lafarge University Brand Ambassador – India, from August 2007 to April 2015. From January 2006 to August 2007, Jindal worked as Deputy Manager – Human Resources for Reliance Retail.
