Haber has appointed Vijay Nair as Vice President, People Operations.

Prior to joining Haber, Nair had been a part of Aether Energy for eight years. He joined the company in October 2017 as General Manager (GM) & Head of Talent Management. In April 2021, Nair was appointed as Director & Head of Talent Partnering (HRBP) for Business, followed by his ascension to Director & Head of Performance & People Transformation in April 2023.
“I joined Ather in October 2017, where I worked in several roles in HR, or People Operations & Strategy (POPS) as we lovingly called it,” Nair shared in his parting remarks. “These roles included Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Partnering, Performance Management, Policies, and HR Tech. While I learned a lot in each of these roles, the most satisfying work has been shaping Ather’s unique culture. It truly is their secret sauce, and I am so grateful for having played a role in building it.”
From June 2016 to September 2017, Nair was a part of UnitedHealth Group as a Management Development Consultant. He was also a part of Chiltern from July 2013 to June 2016 as Associate Director, Training. He also served as the Founder of Set Square Fabrications from August 2012 to July 2015.
Nair worked for Shiksha Training and Consulting from August 2011 to January 2013 as a Consultant, Learning and Organisation Development (L&OD). He was also with Cyient from October 2010 to June 2011 as Manager, L&D. Nair’s past workplaces include Hewlett-Packard Global e-Business Operations, Dell International Services, and Avant! Corp.
