Prajna Mohanty has joined Gruve, a California-based IT services and consulting firm, as Director, People & Culture. In this role, she will lead transformative people strategies and nurture a high-performance culture within the organization’s hybrid workforce in Pune. She will also play a pivotal role in shaping Gruve’s people and culture practices, ensuring talent thrives across the organization.
Prior to this role, she served as Executive Director at Collabera, where she designed and implemented people and talent strategies for the entire Global Delivery Center (GDC). She has also held leadership positions at Ascendion, SS&C Technologies, NSEIT Limited, WNS, Woodfield Systems USA, L&T Foods Limited, and Sodexo. She has a proven track record of driving organizational transformation, implementing talent strategies, and developing progressive HR systems that enable both people and business success.
Prajna brings over 20 years of experience in driving global talent strategies, leadership development, and building high-performance cultures across IT/ITES, BFSI, and Fintech. She is a seasoned expert in global talent hubs, succession planning, and integrating DE&I initiatives. An XLRI Jamshedpur alumna, Prajna is passionate about fostering inclusive cultures and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
