Graphite India has appointed Dhaval Morparia as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective June 24, 2026, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it scales its people strategy.
In his new role, Morparia will lead Graphite India’s HR agenda, with a focus on talent management, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s long-term growth plans.
Morparia joins Graphite India from Livguard Drivetrain, where he served as Head of HR for over three years, from February 2023 to June 2026. There, he led HR, industrial relations, and compliance for the electric vehicle component manufacturing business, partnering closely with the CEO to integrate multiple acquired businesses and joint ventures under a single organisational framework. He also played a key role in setting up three new manufacturing plants and three R&D centres during his tenure.
Before Livguard, Morparia held HR leadership roles at Tata Play, Suzuki Motor Gujarat, Infosys, Daimler Commercial Vehicles, and Ashok Leyland, building over 19 years of HR experience across manufacturing, automotive, technology, media, and consulting. He holds an MBA in HR from the Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
