Granules India has appointed Vinod Parur as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With over 24 years of experience, Parur has hands-on experience in managing diverse business functions operating over multiple jurisdictions in multiple locations. He is well-versed in leadership development, employee relations, talent management, HR policies, people process and development.
Prior to joining Granules India, Parur had been a part of R R Kabel for over 4 years. From November 2021 to November 2025, he served s the company’s CHRO and continues to cherish his time there.
“Over the past 4 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some truly inspiring people and being part of an organisation that has not only achieved remarkable growth but has done so while staying true to its values, culture, and people-first philosophy. That, to me, is what makes R R Kabel Limited truly special,” Parur shared in his farewell post.
Parur has also served as a CHRO for Nilkamal, having held the position there from August 2019 to October 2021. He also has a long history with the Schindler Group, having first joined Schindler in February 2007 as Senior Manager – Human Resources. In January 2010, he was appointed as Head – Training & Certification and held he role until February 2012.
From April 2012 to December 2013, Parur worked for Schindler as Head – Human Resources (Manufacturing). He went on to take up the role of Vice President – HR (Manufacturing) in January 2014 at Schindler 2014 and retained the position until March 2016. Paur’s past associations include his time as Assistant Manager – HRD at Unichem Laboratories and as Senior Officer – Training at HCC.
