Grant Thornton Bharat has promoted Raeesa Naim to Executive Director, People and Culture.

Known for her active role in the HR industry, Naim was recognised as one of the “50 Most Influential HR Leaders” at the People Excellence & Leadership Conference & Awards 2024, organised by International Business Conferences (IBC). She has been a part of various HR-related panels and is always eager to share her thoughts about the developments in the HR sphere.
Naim has been a part of Grant Thornton Bharat for over eight years. She joined the company in May 2017 as Associate Director, People & Culture. In August 2021, she obtained the role of Director, People & Culture, and retained that position until July 2025, following which she was promoted to her current position.
Prior to Grant Thornton Bharat, Naim was associated with BDO India for more than three years. In April 2014, she was appointed as Manager – Human Resources. This was followed by Naim becoming Senior Manager – Human Resources in October 2016.
Additionally, Naim worked for IndusInd Bank from 2010 to 2013. She started with the company as Deputy Manager – Human Resources, before being given the title of Manager – Human Resources in 2012. From 2009 to 2010, Naim worked for Airtel as Senior Executive HR. She was also a part of Wipro Technologies from 2005 to 2006 as a Project Engineer.
